Remedi’s dedicated Quality Department offers a coordinated and collaborative approach to Quality Improvement. Our Quality Improvement Program is proactive, integrated and continuous. Quality controls and processes are built into each step of the order fulfillment and other processes to ensure consistent, high quality results.
In addition to error prevention technology and continuous monitoring and evaluation systems, Remedi’s dedicated Quality Improvement Department systematically collects and analyzes occurrence data and coordinates root cause analysis to identify and address opportunities for improvement. Remedi also provides documentation and support to help customers meet quality and regulatory standards.
