Stephen Handelman, R. Ph. is responsible for sales and business development for the East Coast region. His entire career has been in pharmacy that began when he worked together with his father, who started Woodhaven Pharmacy in Baltimore in 1954. Mr. Handelman was instrumental in transitioning the company from a retail business to a long-term care pharmacy, which would become Remedi SeniorCare in 2008.

Mr. Handelman received his B.S. degree in pharmacy from the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. A recognized figure in the Mid-Atlantic market, Stephen serves as a Trustee of The Beacon Institute, the education affiliate of LifeSpan, which is the largest senior care provider association in Maryland.
